When joining a theatre troupe, it can sometimes be difficult to know which class or show is the right fit. At MTT, we understand that every student is at a different place in their theatre journey.

Some students are just beginning and taking the stage for the first time, while others have already performed in multiple productions. Some may have a natural strength in singing, others in dance or acting, and some are developing skills in all three areas.

That’s why MTT offers two main categories of classes and productions: Actors Academy and Broadway Shows.

No matter where a student is in their theatre journey—or where their individual strengths and skills lie—MTT has a place for them. Our programs are designed to meet students where they are, help them build on their existing abilities, and continue growing in confidence and theatre skills.

The graph below provides an overview of the two MTT categories and what each one offers, helping students and families find the program that may be the best fit for their theatre journey.

Remember whether the curtain is rising for the very first time or the student is already a seasoned performer, there is always another role to discover, another skill to develop, and another stage to step onto.
